The following services are include: Kitchen cleaning: cleaning of appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher), countertops, cabinets, and sinks. Bathroom cleaning: cleaning of toilets, bathtubs, shower stalls, and sinks. Bedroom cleaning: dusting and vacuuming of floors, and cleaning of windows. Living areas cleaning: dusting and vacuuming of floors, cleaning of windows, and cleaning of carpets. General cleaning: dusting of all surfaces, cleaning of skirting boards and window sills, and cleaning of light fixtures and ceiling fans. The following services can be included as an additional service if requested prior to the clean: Oven deep cleaning Carpet cleaning It is important to be aware that some landlords have specific requirements for end of tenancy cleaning. Please esnure that you check landlord or property manager to confirm what is expected and notify us of any specific requirements prior to the clean. Please note that the prices noted are a starting price, we do not inspect every property prior to the cleaning being carried out and if further time is required to clean your property we will notify you. Our costs do not cover end of tenancy cleaning for student property, if you wish to have a student property cleaned please contact us directly for a quote. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the clean will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
