Service Description
With this package, we take can take care of everything that you need, by visiting your property every week we will be able to keep on top of your cleaning, ironing, and any other chores required around our home. Depending on your needs we will make a plan to deep clean part of your home each week to ensure it is well maintained, this will be designed specifically to meet your requirements. You will be able to secure the same slot each week by selecting this package (excluding exceptional circumstances). Our package is available for 2hrs or 3hrs weekly. Our aim with our luxury package is not only to provide a high level of service but to take the stress of managing your home off of you. By selecting this package you won't have to worry about booking in with us each week or making weekly payments. Our payment scheme allows you to make payments once a month further reducing your to-do list! More time for what really matters and less time doing chores. *The 2hr luxury package is welcome to all however we recommend this for small to medium homes, flats/apartments or larger homes with 1-2 residents. We recommend the 3hr package for medium to large homes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Costs 50% of cleaning costs payable for any cancellations within 24 hours. If we arrive to your property and are unable to complete your clean due to no fault of our own, the full cleaning fee is payable. Booking Time Your booking time is an estimated time of arrival. Please allow 15 minutes either-side of your booking time to account for any traffic or related delays. Limitations of Service While we strive to complete all tasks as requested, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that every task will be completed during a one-off clean. The scope of work may be influenced by various factors, including the size of your space, the level of cleanliness required, and the time allocated for the service. Notification of Priorities To help us serve you better, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance of any specific priorities or areas that require special attention. This will allow us to allocate our resources effectively and ensure that your most important cleaning needs are addressed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
